SHIPPING INFORMATION
Canada Shipping
We have 1 to 3 business day turn around to ship your order depending on our volume. We do not ship weekends nor Stat holidays.
We offer free shipping on orders $300 and over. If your order is less than that, you will be charged $5.00 to $12 for regular mail untracked or $18 Flat rate shipping with tracking number. Some big items, we have flat rate per province, so you can check shipping fee when you add an item.
We will provide you an email confirmation and tracking number and updates regarding your orders. However, it is our customers responsibility to put accurate shipping address inputted as a customer personal information to ensure, we can deliver your order to the right address. We will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages and is not applicable for refund, returns. or store credit.
US Shipping
West Coast Crafts from Mondays to Fridays. All orders are processed the same day until 1 pm EST. We primarily use Canada Post or UPS to deliver your order and standard shipping typically takes 3 to 14 business days depending on location, excluding weekends or National Observed Holidays.
Cancellations:
Your orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to your destinations. In case you made any mistake on your orders, please email us right away at westcoastcraftsupplies@gmail.com so we can resolve any issues as soon as we can.
Failure to Pick-Up parcels/ Refused parcels
Customers are responsible in picking up their orders from courier depot. Failure to pick up will result the couriers to return parcels to us. In an event this happened, Calculated exact Shipping fee will be added again for us to re-ship your order. Whether you paid a flat rate shipping or free shipping on orders $300+, the additional shipping fee is calculated per weight and volume. No exceptions apply.
If you refused to receive the box, you will be responsible in paying shipping fee again. Exact shipping fee will be added for us to reship your order. No exceptions.
If the customer does not want to pay to reship their order back, exact shipping fee paid by Craftera Wholesale LTD and a 4% restocking fee will be deducted to your original payment method for refund. No exceptions apply.
International Shipping
We only ship to USA starting at $8 fee
REFUNDS
We are committed to ensuring our products are made from strong materials. You can return product within 30 DAYS only on customer’s expense. After 30 days and we still didnt receive your items, we will not honor refund, exchange nor store store credit. Shipping fee will not be refunded. We currently do not accept returns on sale items unless products were damaged. All sale items, promotions and deals are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We will be happy to replace or do store credit on any items that are defective or damaged if items are sent back to is within 30 DAYS only. We will not accept exchanges passed 30 days. Please contact us immediately at westcoastcraftsupplies@gmail.com
Damages
For ceramics and other fragile items, store credit will be applicable if you receive the items damaged. Please provide photo of the items and the box it came with to process your claim.
